My experience with these socks is much better than Mr. (or Ms.) Murphy's. These socks are the only ones I order for each season, except mid-winter. They are cool, comfortable, and -- for me, at least -- long lasting. I strongly recommend them. And for most of this decade I have walked for over 4.5 hours per delivery day.

These socks wear through quickly at the heel. The blend of the fabric makes these socks hot to the feet. I use them because of the white sole, hoping they would cut down on perspiration but that is not the case. I will continue to wear them because I don't want to wear all- white socks and this is the best alternative I have come up with so far. Also, they are less than $5.00 per pair so that's not bad. I would buy 100% cotton all the time but the Postal Service doesn't offer these.
