Wear jacket on cold but dry days or zip this garment into the parka as a liner on the coldest days for extra warmth. Features a waistband and bottom draw cord. Made of 100% Nylon Taslan/Supplex same as parka shell fabric insulated with 100% polyester fiber fill lined with nylon.
