Returns Policy

Exchanges or refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt on items that have not been worn, washed or altered.

Exchanges or refunds on shoes after 30 days will depend on the defect and the shoe manufacturer's guarantee. Check the product information for individual shoe manufacturer guarantees. It is recommended that you try on new shoes later in the day to guarantee a comfortable wearing fit. If they are the right fit, they will immediately feel comfortable. We cannot exchange wrinkled, bent, broken, soiled, scratched or worn shoes.
