I did like them at first, but same thing happened as did to the others. After a couple years in the closet/locker, the bottoms came off of the sole like a bad retread tire. I got onto a curbside delivery route, and I as I wasn't wearing them all that often, they mostly sat around. When I went back to a walking route, they didn't last a week. Called Rocky, and they only stand behind them for a year. SOL. Not going to fall for that again.

I bought these boots or ones similar to them about 15 years ago. The soles deteriorated after about 2 years. I called their customer service and they replaced the soles (no charge) and I have used them since. No problems. Great Customer Service

I have been using these boots for the past 6 years and I have nothing but high praise for these boots. I use these boots especially in the rain and my feet stay dry. May I suggest that you at least apply saddle soap once a day, this keeps the leather soft and waterproof. As for the weight of the boot, I have no problem.

i bought these last year and since then the soles have separated from the boot itself it appears like the boot had been resoled i tried glueing it back on with super glue but it only held a short time. i would not recommend this product. t

I have purchased these boots since they came out probably back in the 80's and they seem to be gradually declining in workmanship. I still purchase them but they seem to be not as durable and waterproof as they used to be.
